At Temple, we are hiring for the position of Admin Executive, over the last year we have more than doubled the team size and are looking to onboard a dynamic individual who could help us keep up with all administrative requirements.The candidate will work closely with the CEO, get first-hand experience of all the challenges that come with a growing startup, and perhaps use it at some point in time in their own entrepreneurial journey.Responsibilities: -Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for Founder & CEOReceiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databasesConferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receiptsCreating reports and memos for CEOAttend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers.Qualifications for Administrative Officer: -An Associate’s degree in a related field, such as office administration or Bachelors’s in Business Administration.Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office SuitePrior experience using spreadsheet software, including ExcelStrong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clientsComfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a teamJob Type: Full-time
