Job Description: -We are looking for an ambitious and energetic JIRA Admin to help us expand our clientele. Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA software & service management including tool administration and customization.Roles And Responsibilities: – Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports.Creating customized JIRA service desk workflows with SLA’s, Dashboards, Reports andrequested customizations.Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRAConnect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations for both software &service management tool.Design custom JIRA workflow for different issues types to assist in AutomationDevelop JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screenschemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA software.Responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA software & service desk tool and associated plugins.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization to develop, and deliver customtemplates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk)JIRA Administrator will be responsible for understanding the current process, identifying gaps to develop and deliver customized applications/projects to meet the organizational demands.Location: PuneJob Type: Full-time
