IndusInd Bank Looking For Product Manager – MSME (Digital Products) at Gurugram, Haryana, Full Time

Overall Job Description

A. Digital product management and development:

o Create SME digital product plans and roadmaps by identifying, analyzing and recommending newer markets, products and business streams for SME lending business.

o Work with Head of Products & Channels to identify, target Industry segments, collect and analyze feedback from sales team, lateral teams and other stakeholders to shape requirements, features and end products for lending business.

o To plan in the development, marketing and distribution of the product, to monitor and measure the performance of the products after it is launched. Assume complete ownership of the sales channel management involving lead tracking, follow through and payouts.

o Produce and review product requirements documents

o Develop new products in line with the government-initiated ecosystem play such as OCEN, ONCDC and Account Aggregator

o Support in growth and driving the innovation agenda of digital SME product team

B. Desired skill set.

o Experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Bank/NBFC/Fintech in SME segment – must have previous experience in end-to-end project management.

o Should be abreast with the latest digital tools

o Experience in product life-cycle management

o Organizational and leadership abilities

o Excellent communication skills

o Should be able to be run independently with directional oversight and management support

o Exposure to Trade products would be preferred
