We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Industrial Automation Trainer to join our team at Voyage Institute of Technology. As an Industrial Automation Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that help individuals and organizations enhance their skills in industrial automation technologies, processes, and systems. You will play a key role in preparing students for careers in automation engineering, robotics, control systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and other automation-related fields.
Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:
Design and develop training modules and curriculums that cover various aspects of industrial automation, including PLC programming, SCADA systems, robotics, process control, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and instrumentation.
Update course materials to keep pace with the latest advancements in automation technologies.
Classroom and Hands-on Training:
Deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions, including lectures, demonstrations, and lab exercises.
Provide students with hands-on experience using industry-standard equipment, software, and tools related to industrial automation systems.
Conduct workshops and live project sessions to enhance students’ practical knowledge.
Assessments and Evaluation:
Assess students’ progress and performance through quizzes, practical tests, assignments, and final exams.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and knowledge.
Industry Collaboration:
Stay updated with current trends, technologies, and best practices in the industrial automation field.
Collaborate with industry experts and partners to ensure the training programs are relevant and meet industry standards.
Student Support:
Offer additional support to students outside of class hours, including mentoring, troubleshooting, and answering technical queries.
Guide students in building strong foundations for careers in industrial automation.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously review and improve training content based on student feedback and industry developments.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal knowledge and teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Certification or advanced training in industrial automation, PLC programming, robotics, or related systems is a plus.
Proven experience in industrial automation, with a strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, control systems, and related technologies.
Prior experience in teaching or training is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Hands-on experience with industrial automation equipment and software, including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and other PLCs.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to industrial automation.
Key Skills:

Proficient in PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI systems.
Experience with simulation software (e.g., RSLogix, TIA Portal, Wonderware).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Excellent presentation and instructional skills.
