Dear Candidate,
we are actively hiring for Customer Relationship Manger for our Gurgaon office.
Candidates who have excellent communications skills and are presentable
- Client relationship management – pick up to delivery
- Customer update at all stages/ time to time/ at all times as required
- Retain existing customer base
- Cross selling and BD
- Answer / handle customer inqueries
- Cross checking with the customers coordinate from pricing team
- Inquiry conversion into business
- Inside sales + Customer relationship handling
- Exp – 3 to 5 yrs preferred
- Salary – 30k to 50 k per month / if any dynamic profile we can look at that as well
Industry preference – air freight, ocean freight ( international)
