Experience: 10+ years in upscale/ upper upscale hotels with a minimum of 2 years as HOD/ Asst. HOD in Operations (Not Sales and Marketing)

Qualification: Hotel Management Graduate

Location – Mumbai

The incumbent shall be responsible for the overall performance of the assigned cinema which will include driving customer dazzle & delight and financial amelioration. She/ He should possess great human relations and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be in charge of all aspects of day–to–day supervision the of cinema.
• She/ He is expected to lead cinema operations and achieve the revenue targets.
• Oversees the services of cinema to ensure highest standards and quality services at all times.
• Undertake Sales & Marketing initiatives to increase market share.
• Plans and implement the On the Job Training/Operational Training for the staff, in coordination with the training team, for operational efficiency.
• Tracks and directs the performance of the cinema on daily basis through consistent implementation of the SOPs and tracking of the business environment towards achievements of the monthly and identifies key contributing members for rewards/incentives.
• Ensure cinema budget is at par or under control and will be responsible for ensuring the overall financial success of the cinema.
• Ensure Manpower number is as per budget and requirement.
• She/ He must ensure that the cinema must comply with health and safety legislations.
• Responsible for Compliance of Audit points and execution as per set norms.

Candidates with experience in Hotel industry with major expertise in Food & beverage and Front office will be preferred.

• Should have wide experience on handling VIP/ VVIP customers queries.
• Hands on experience and understanding on business expenses and P&L.

Salary: ₹1,300,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
