we are actively hiring for Customer Relationship Manger for our Gurgaon office.

Candidates who have excellent communications skills and are presentable

• Client relationship management – pick up to delivery
• Customer update at all stages/ time to time/ at all times as required
• Retain existing customer base
• Cross selling and BD
• Answer / handle customer inqueries
• Cross checking with the customers coordinate from pricing team
• Inquiry conversion into business
• Inside sales + Customer relationship handling
• Exp – 3 to 5 yrs preferred
• Salary – 30k to 50 k per month / if any dynamic profile we can look at that as well

Industry preference – air freight, ocean freight ( international)
