Senior Associate – Account receivable process
We are looking for experienced (Minimum 3 years and max up to 6 years) candidate in customer account receivable invoicing process with hands on knowledge in SAP system.
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for daily Order Management activities, Customer Invoicing, Cash posting, reporting, reconciliation, query management and month end activities. You should be aware of basic accounting knowledge & also aware about complete O2C cycle.
Education: Candidate must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in commerce. Post-graduation in commerce will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Customer Invoicing activities based on Product shipment, services orders etc.
- Responsible for invoice generation process & revenue accounting
- Responsible for customer Invoicing corrections Debit/Credit based on the sales order, PO etc.
- Query management and interaction with counterparts with regard to releasing the billing block, delivery order confirmation, documentation etc.
- Account reconciliation and month end activity
- Daily region wise customer collection reporting and report to treasury
- Regular interaction with Order management team and credit controllers related to customer invoicing & cash application
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years in Account receivable (AR) Customer Invoicing and Cash application
- Invoicing & Cash posting knowledge in SAP is a must
- Good accounting skill with regard to Account receivable (AR) process
- Flexible, innovative, email writing skills
- English, written and spoken
- Structured and thorough with analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Highly motivated & Focused team player
- Knowledge about O2C cycle (particularly Order management, Invoicing & Cash applications process)
- Driven and willing to take own initiatives
