Full Job Description
1. Supplier Add requests – Follow SOP and interact with internal systems for request.
2. Furniture rebuying for new facilities etc. Follow SOP and set list of items needed.
3. Past due invoice request etc. – SOP in process. Some communication skills above the SOP “may” be needed to follow up with a stakeholder, supplier, etc.
4. Other task not yet defined – as more are added can expand to a 2nd or 3rd head.
