Job Skill: DESIGN ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our creative team. As the Design Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of engineering duties including designing, researching, and prototyping new products.The chosen engineer will collaborate with the design and production teams on various design projects, using in-depth knowledge of the latest design trends and engineering software to lead the way. In addition to being a good communicator, all candidates should be creative thinkers with excellent problem-solving skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:? Design and development of a packaging machine.? Conveyor design? Solid edge design engineer.? Motor calculation? Gearbox selection.? Pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder selection? Using computer-aided design to create a detailed design.? Maintain failure analysis of the product and worked on failure products until it resolves.? Design calculation and selection of motor and gearboxes.? Selection of cylinders, valves, and gang valve.? Control and maintain the design standard of the products.? Providing design support at all stages of the design process.? Develop and maintain project Master & micro plans using MS, and excel for allocated tasks.? Advising the purchasing department on tooling & product purchase & cost control.? Improving the design, performance and efficiency of existing products.? Considering issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.? Communicating with customers and suppliers to resolve design issues.? Checking drawings for accuracy and errors.? Design of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuit.? Solving design issues at the shop floor during assembly.? Support to service engineers at a site in terms of any design issues.? Generating a sequential operational sheet of the machine.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s engineering (Mechanical)2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Accurate and strong attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office and popular design software.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR8,530.00 – INR54,033.00 per monthSchedule:
