Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Provide information about the company’s products/services.
Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers.
Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
