Influx Inc Hiring for Customer Support Agent at New Delhi Full Time

We’re looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people in India to join our team. You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions through phone calls and video calls and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.

Influx is a growing and profitable startup providing customer support for brands and tech companies on-demand, 24/7, every day of the year. To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe. Our head office is in Australia, and we currently have more than 800 people around the world.

Requirements

• We don’t have any requirements on age or educational background!

• Excellent written and verbal English, Hindi, and Bengali

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Sense of humor
