JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Communicate with the customer via email, chat & or call. (70% calling and 30% email /chat support)
• Daily the agent needs to handle 20 tickets/complaints over call .
• Quickly learn the project requirements.
• Must have an international accent.
• Verifying purchases by comparing them to a master list and recommending alternatives for expensive or irrelevant products.
• Authorizing payments and maintaining receipts, records and inventories in sheets.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
• To be in line with the company’s vision & mission to mainly focus on customer satisfaction.

ADD ON SKILLS:

• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Prior experience in the Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
• Should be open to work in Night shifts
• Familiarity with Car parts industry is a plus

SHIFT: NIGHTSHIFT

WORKING DAYS: MON-SAT

LOCATION: HYDERABAD

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent – Graduation
• Candidates should have 0 – 4 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

• Must have a laptop.
• Flexible for Night shifts.
• Should be able to work from the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
