InfosecTrain Hiring for Chat Support Executive at New Delhi Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities :-

1.Provide comprehensive support to queries received from chat desks on our website.

2.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

3.Ensures all customers are able to get their queries resolved in a timely manner.

4.Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

5.Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

6.Collecting and keeping an up to date record of the leads generated on chat.

7.Continuous learning about company products and latest offers provided.

Pre- requisites:

Open to work from home.

1.6 Days working a week, rotational week off
2.Rotational Shift
3.Laptop and good internet connectivity
4.Excellent communication skills, in English and Hindi. Should have good typing skills.
5.Quick to learn and able to understand our products & services, as well as the Online Education industry.
6.Able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
