Key Responsibility Areas

• Prepare and deliver regular classes on CISSP/CISA/CISM and other programs in public batches.
• Prepare and deliver courses for corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver customized courses based on ISMS.
• Be available for taking calls for technical support calls for clients, to assist them on queries towards courses.
• Attend corporate client evaluation and demo session calls and present in an impactful way.
• Prepare and support for course outlines, course details for sales proposals.
• Mentor junior trainers and team mates.
• Consistently deliver high quality training programs.
• Manage activity in learning groups and assist students for exam preparation by providing guidance and mentorship.
• Regularly update and upgrade skills and training delivery materials.

• Feedback ratings shared by students
• Repeat business received after training deliveries
• Upgradation to latest courses
• Updates in course materials
