Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist to oversee all phases of Loan Servicing/Auto Lending. This role involves managing daily production, ensuring tasks are completed within timelines, reviewing and validating updates from onshore, supporting team leads in training, conducting daily reviews, and resolving escalations to meet SLA targets.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

• Process Specialist supervises the daily activities of the team
• Oversees and coordinates processing and performing transaction analysis
• Perform reporting, quality assurance & provide trainings for new hires & as and when applicable.
• As certain that users comply with appropriate procedures, regulations and guidelines.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all the transactions.
• Managing and resolving any concerns, problems, and documentation issues.
• Identification of gaps and the ongoing assistance in documenting processes and procedures
• Prioritize work and meet service level agreements.
• Handle / help resolve escalations at process level in order to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:

• Bachelors degree is mandatory.
• 1-5 years of experience in Loan Servicing.
• Knowledge with any Loan Servicing applications.
• Working knowledge of loan industry regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially on Excel.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organization and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to work in rotational Night Shifts
• Flexible for rotational weekly offs
