Responsibilities : The Audit Program Manager role will be a global role and you will be responsible for the following: PIMS ISO 27001, ISO 31000 risk management standards, Planning and conducting data privacy audits at the Enterprises level Conduct audits at the product design level, validate DP implement, run, coordinate and collaborate with the team on Privacy-focused initiatives, Minimize data privacy risk so as to promote compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), LGPD, CCPA any other evolving and upcoming regulations Oversee privacy and security controls and monitoring activities to assess effectiveness Develop and deliver effective communications that builds a privacy-aware culture within the team and help team members to develop competency in privacy Maintain adequate depth of expertise in international privacy laws, regulations and accreditation standards Monitor changes and advancements in technology and business practice Develop and foster relationships across partnered teams to optimize delivery of solutions Technical and Professional Requirements: Preferred Qualifications IAPP Certifications will be added advantage: CIPPE/CIPM/CIPP US/CIPT or any other relevant certification Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards for communications Comfortable acting with a clear sense of ownership Should be a self-starter who steps up to handle new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm Must be able to simplify what is complex and ambiguous
