Infosys Hiring for Network-CCD at Hyderabad, Telangana Full Time

Network Key responsibilities: Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching technologies. Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP), Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, IP addressing and subnetting, VLANs, STP. Experience with firewalls, internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools. CCNA or CCNP certifications is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, like, SLA, Change/Release Management. Experience in using ticketing tools such as service now, remedy will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues.
