An asset investigation involves scrupulously combing through public records to get a feel for the party’s assets and properties. In some cases, there may be hidden assets that must be brought to light and properly disclosed within a legal setting. As such, asset location services can entail information-gathering across a range of sources:

• Business assets
• Bank accounts
• Stock portfolios
• Vehicles

• Real estate property

JOB ROLE

• To Contact the Banks, Finance Companies, Housing Finance Companies for details of cases
• To locate the assets mortgaged with Bank
• To source out properties of Borrower(s) / Guarantor(s) other than mortgaged with the Bank
• Prepare the Report and submit with Bank and company

• Complete any other assignment(s) given by the company

Requirements –

• You must have good links with Local employees of Municipality/Boards, Revenue Departments, RTO offices and other Government departments.
• Preference will be given to retired employees from Local Municipality/Boards, Revenue Departments, RTO office, Police Department, CID, CBI, RAW, ED, Other Investigation Agency.
