Requirement

• Team Player:Should have managed a team of minimum five or more recourses
• Basic knowledge of latest technology currently hot in the IT industry like Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud Computing etc

• IT & Software course analysis and assessment
• Course Calendar Planning
• Course curriculum Development- Technical and non-technical
• Should have worked on e-learning platforms and practices
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite ( Google Sheets, Docs , Forms) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Responsible for full life cycle of LMS – pre, post and on-going control of activities for courses, tracker health of course, promotion messages, checking details of upcoming courses, mitigating risk, problem resolution
• Resolution of queries from students/ parents/ Instructors
• Liaise for course demo, fee payments – with internal and external customers
• Tracking course fee and working closely with back office teams
• Analysis and management of course execution and feedback mechanism( Instructor, Students, Moderators)
• Ensuring course functionality per laid out standards and curriculum
• Instructor Onboarding and assessment of technical skillsets
• Moderation of sessions
• Moderator training and management- Course alignment and tracking
• To conduct Product demo and academic discussions with Schools/ Colleges/ Corporates

• Education Graduate/ PG in any field (degree in computer science will have added advantage)
• Experience: 6 to 8 Years of total experience with at least 4 years of experience within the EdTech industry and piloting educational and academic programs with creativity and vision
