Job description

• Production Schedule as per sales order and plan on a weekly and monthly basis.

• To maintain targeted inventory levels

• Validate capacity load to support master production schedule

• Responsible to day wise production vs actual gap analysis and finding the root causes for production variance

• Machine & Manpower allocation as per the production schedule.

• Maintain Raw material planning, ordering, and scheduling as per minimum inventory level

• Prepare weekly production plan at the beginning of the month and submit it to HOD for approval

• Plan capacity utilization and optimize the working of the plant.

• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

• Working closely with SCM department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level
