An ideal candidate is an experienced business transformation leader who will spearhead the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) / sustainability and corporate social responsibility mandates of the organization. S/he/They will work with the leadership team and other industry stakeholders to support the creation and promotion of our activities and tools aimed at transforming the industry to achieve radical sustainability improvements. The person is expected to demonstrate sound understanding of government mandates and global best practices to align the company’s operations with India’s sustainable development targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Building organization-wide frameworks for ESG, CSR, Social Impact and Sustainability
• Analyzing and tracking government policy positions across key topics of waste, resources, and embodied carbon
• Developing and optimizing long-term strategy and operating plan for the orgnization
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to execute the plans
• Coordinating and implementing business transformation activities (workshops, meetings, projects etc.) for the company and industry

Essential Qualifications

• Advanced degree level in related fields; passionate about internet, tech products and services
• 8+ years of experience in helping companies develop and execute ESG, CSR and Sustainability Frameworks
• Exceptional organizational and people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• An interest or understanding in system change / business transformation and social issues
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player in a multi-task work environment
• Demonstrable experience in setting up required frameworks for large corporations and organizations, across geographies
