The Role
Business Analyst as a member of a product management team, reports into Product Owner/Product Manager, analyzes the business domain, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements, and matches a software business model with the software being built. Will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

How You Will Make an Impact:
As a Functional Consultant/BA you are required to perform the following
Understand SAP modules PM & MM.
Understand the requirements and preparation of functional specifications document
Business process and data setup in SAP
Explore Product Backlog features and make ready (SAP configuration, Business scenarios, Test data) for development
Update JIRA stories with requirements, acceptance criteria
Coordination with UI/UX to get designs for Product features.
Coordination with Product (UI, Technical, BASIS, SMP, QA) team to achieve sprint goals by monitoring and conducting daily scrum meetings.
SAP functional support to all the technical/non-technical teams
Support QA team for preparation of Test cases and update Test rail, test cases with Test data.
Document preparation like Feature-wise RACE document preparation and video playbacks.
Support Documentation team by providing release/sprint updates
Support product demos by setting up the test in the demo system and make available for demonstrations
Preparation of functional specification documents prior to the start of Sprints
Work with UI/UX team for the readiness of designs for scoped features
Support PSO and CSD
Provide up to date demo data and systems showcasing the latest product features
Work with the team during sprints to ensure development goes according to the scoped requirement.
Process SSS Tickets within SLA time frames.
What You Bring to The Team:
4 or more years of previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis with a degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
Experience in ERP platforms.
should understand how ERP works for enterprises especially in Finance, Inventory and Maintenance activities, and their business processes.
Must have experience in building Functional specification Documents, business requirements, acceptance criteria
Good understanding of Jira tool
Experience in converting verbal requirements into details stories, improvements with acceptance criteria
Good understanding of how to prepare required data and presentations for demonstrating development work to stakeholders
Should have coordinated with QA activities
Deliver results within the agreed deadline
Good verbal and written skills in English
