Responsibilities- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate person or department. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate person. Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required. Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications. Maintains office supplies. Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary. Interact with clients, visitors, staff and the public.Must be graduate and should have good communication skills.Freshers can also apply.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Shimla, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):how soon can you join the team?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
