The Role

Innovapptive has been growing rapidly as our Connected Worker Platform becomes the software of choice for industrial companies across the globe. We are now ready to double down and hit the accelerate button and increase our market penetration. We are looking for several dynamic Marketing Associates to join our expanding Demand Generation team. This role will report directly to Associate Manager – Marketing Operations and will work closely with other members of the Marketing team. The Marketing Associate can expect to work on Prospect database building, support on event and trade shows, maintain the hygiene of salesforce leads, accounts and contacts .

Job Description

• Gather/Analyze leads and generate qualified lead data through extensive research

• Collect and validate contact data using various techniques

• Understand Google search Techniques

• Understand Social media Channel like LinkedIn to identify key decision makers

• Internet savvy Good Knowledge in Ms Office Tools ( Excel and Word )

• Prospect contact information gathering using different tools like Zoominfo, insideview, Hoovers and JigSaw

• Become a data champion, identifying opportunities to plug holes in data capture, automate enrichment, etc.

• Manage list segmentation and lead triage as needed

• Manage database building with a strong sense of marketing data flow across martech platforms

• Generate campaign lists via profiling analysis based on various marketing campaign requirements

  Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 -4 years work experience in Marketing operations and similar job

• Proficient in Secondary Market Research Techniques and tools

• Strong Knowledge in Salesforce and HubSpot tools
