The Role
The Senior Associate – People & Culture is responsible for a set of Human Resources (HR) engagement, development, and operation activities. This is an important role with exposure to all important facets of HR and a good opportunity to grow professionally. Broad work areas would involve; HR Operations, Learning & Development Operations Support, Talent Acquisition Coordination, Employee Engagement Activities, HR Analytics, and reporting. In addition, the role is responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture department. The incumbent must be sensitive to corporate and business needs, employee relations and must maintain confidentiality at all times with due respect & integrity.
How You Will Make an Impact:
The role is responsible for cross-functional operational activities in the system which is not limited to listed but ready to adapt and explore major attributes needed for the next level responsibilities.
People Operations: Responsible for complete HR Operations in the People & Culture Team;
Process post-hiring confirmation activities – Collaborates towards the offers of employment – Responsible to perform pre onboarding activities (Pre & Post).
Onboarding: Process new hire onboardings, including requesting equipment, user accounts setups, and new hire business cards as well as the collection of HR-related paperwork, and sending out new hire announcements.
Reviews and monitors Attendance & Leave Management programs, including tracking of time off request and accrual information.
Performance data entry and personnel file maintenance; maintains confidential personnel files.
Periodical Reports & Updates – Attendance, Leaves, Payroll, Induction, Attrition, BGV, other analysis
Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Support & communication offline job satisfaction inputs by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and coordinating in organizing team building activities with ensured knowledge on Organization policies inline with compliance – labor regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies – share due observations and inputs
Learning & Development: Responsible for complete coordination in the Learning & Development department but not limited to;
Training coordination with all the employees, instructors and vendors
Training Program Communication & Administration
Post-delivery follow-up
Coordinating logistics and communications with regards to training and event requests
Coordinate with SME’s and content developers for eLearning course design and development
What You Bring to the Team:
A seasoned data engineer with a solid understanding of how data-rich SAAS products retrieve and consume data.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you need to possess the following attributes.
Master’s degree in human resources management or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
2 – 5 years of experience in the role of a Human Resources / People Executive
Knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR Related tools & Softwares
Knowledge of Human Resources principles, procedures, and best practices
Strong & Clear Communication Proficiency – Verbal & Written
