Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Dehradun for a GTE & Compliance Officer. The GTE & Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations pertaining to international student visas and conducting genuine temporary entrant (GTE) assessments. The GTE & Compliance Officer will also be responsible for preparing and submitting compliance reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as law, business or education
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in international student services and/or compliance. Experience working with Law Firm, worked with CA auditor, OR Financial Institutions such as banks processing applications for loan disbursement or Insurance service team

• Strong understanding of immigration regulations related to international student visas and genuine temporary entrant (GTE) assessments

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work independently under tight deadlines
