Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain system solutions involving complex process builders, flows, validation rules, workflows, approval processes etc. in support of new requests and the ongoing process improvement and simplification effort.
Ensuring optimal performance of salesforce systems and products.
Facilitate requirements development sessions with business users to refine requirements and translate business needs into optimal solution design. Optimal design should consider training needs, workflow enhancements/changes, reporting, and overall system enhancement to promote usability and adoption.
Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements.
Demonstrate Salesforce.com platform and solutions capabilities based on new business use cases.
Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce user or administrator experience is required.
Experience successfully working on engagements utilizing Agile or Iterative project methodologies (experience in both required).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated into a team
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change
Developed a sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvements
Fluent in English – written and spoken (mandatory)
Certifications:Mandatory: Salesforce Certificated Administrator (ADM-201) / Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211)
Any Salesforce Certification(s) is a plus
