Requirements: –

Experience in Hospitality sector or Service sector

Age limit- 30 years

Responsibilities: –

1. Handling operations on day to day basis.

2. Key management includes Opening &Closing of shift (in-presence).

3. Cash Management: includes issuing of daily floats, handling cinema imprest, shift banking, shortage control etc.

4. Conducts daily briefing & Sets up targets/ goals for the shift, makes constant effort to achieve the same.

5. Oversees the services of Cinema from box-office to concessions and cleaning, to ensure highest standards and quality services at all times.

6. Coaching and initiate disciplinary action (if necessary) to ensure complete adherence of operation SOPs.

7. Ensures compliance with all legal requirements in connection with Cinemas.

8. Maintains minimum stock levels of all items and participates in inventories on weekly basis.

9. Must be willing to Work in a team environment – with total hands on approach.

10. Have strictest controls on cash handling and ensure that here is no pilferage of moneys and safe procedures of money handling are adhered to.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
