Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
Devising and reviewing project management related Products. He/she will report to the QA manager and will the part of the EMEA PMO department within Service Design & Delivery. The Quality Support Manager is expected to engage with the regional project managers to align quality standards and to revise auditing results.
Principle Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Devise and review specifications for Projects or processes
Set requirements for raw material or intermediate Projects for suppliers and monitor their compliance
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
Oversee all Projects development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
Approve the right Projects or reject defectives
Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
Carry out assurance and exception checks at key stages of the products in order to ensure the correct information is reflected on the system at any point in time, and ensure any errors are corrected promptly
Carry out assurance and exception checks on expected documentation per project
Track, compile, and report operational and financial information relating to service delivery including the reporting of performance indicators, deviations, and technical data
Carry out assurance and exception checks on KPI deviations per project
Maintain, support and carry out assurance and exception checks on the correct use of project templates and CSAT process
Provide support and training on the functionality if PMIS Clarizen
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
6-8 years of related experience
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload, including coordinating with others
Good numeracy skills and ability to manipulate financial data
Strong attention to detail and able to deliver a high quality of work with minimal errors
Experience of working within a high performing team within a fast-paced, target driven environment
Excellent organisational skills, prioritising and working to tight deadlines
Previous experience working with PMIS tools (preferably Clarizen) and/or ITSM tools
