Job Responsibilities includes:
Manage Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner
- Identify Customers’ Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information Whenever Possible
- To generate leads by calling prospects from India mart.
- Making reports on MS Excel, Google sheets, etc.
- Assisting operations manager in day to day activities.
