InspectHOA Hiring for Finance Executive at Ahmedabad Full Time

About US:

InspectHOA is a US-based property technology start-up bringing efficiency,
technology, and transparency to anyone dealing with homeowners’ associations
(HOAs). The real estate space is undergoing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation,
and HOAs will not be left behind. We currently remove all obstacles HOAs
present in the real estate transaction process using a powerful mix of operations
and technology. However, our ultimate goal is to become the operating system
that sits on top of all market players (buyers, owners, lenders, title companies,
lawyers, investors, and more) that have to interact with HOAs.
We have spent the last 12-18 months developing our product and fine-tuning it
to find a strong product-market fit. Now that we have proven there is a
significant demand for our services and have secured a solid capital investment
from venture capitalists and angels from California; we are looking for talented
people to join our team.

Job Brief and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Account executive to handle day to day business
bookkeeping requirements and finance such as (But not limited to),

• Record keeping of the Expenses, Revenues, Banking transactions etc. in
• QuickBooks Online.
• Responsible for reconciliation of accounts like bank, vendor, customer,
• expenses etc.
• To handle normal day to day queries related to accounts.
• Responsible for preparation of book debts ageing.
• Handling AR’s and AP’s.

Requirements:
We are looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• Masters and further training in similar fields (If any).
• 1+ years of experience in the field of accounting.
• QuickBooks Online knowledge is preferable (Not Mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Ms office
• Male candidates preferred.

Job Location – Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
