InspectHOA is a California-based property technology startup building next-generation technology for Homeowner Associations (HOAs). The real estate space is undergoing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation, and HOAs will not be left behind. There is a huge opportunity for improvement in efficiency and transparency. Today, our technology is sed by some of the largest prop-tech companies in the space.

Our ultimate goal is to become the operating system that sits on top of all market players (buyers, owners, lenders, title companies, lawyers, investors, and more) that have to interact with HOAs.

We have spent the last 12-18 months developing our product and fine-tuning it to find a strong product-market fit. We have proven there is a significant demand for our services and have secured a solid capital investment from leading venture capitalists and angels from California.

Our team is fully remote and based in the US, EU, and India.

What will you do?

Create plans to implement excellent Excel work for improvement in system.

• Project Lead must have excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Google sheets and be able to use it to produce reliable and effective results. Furthermore, the Project Lead must be able to communicate effectively and be able to collaborate with other members of the organization to get the job done.
• This position requires someone to have excellent excel skills. This position would typically require someone to have knowledge of formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables. This position would also require someone to be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• An experienced user of excel who is able to create and modify formulas, charts, and reports using the software. They are also able to analyze and interpret data using excel, and provide recommendations on how to improve the data analysis process.
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to project leadership.
• Projects are mostly based on Execl and Technical Operations

Operations:

• Be directly responsible for the overall performance of team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and team meetings.
• Coordinate with training and quality assurance to identify systemic quality improvement opportunities.
• Participate in performance improvement task forces as needed and look at continuously raising the bar for customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated flexibility and contributions to creating a team environment.
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.

We are looking for:

• Excellent Excel skills
• Certified in MS Excel will be preferred.
• Responsible to design and implement the project vision of the stakeholders using Excel tools
• The candidate’s experience dosen’t matter if Excel knowedge is excellent
• The candidate should be comfortable working in US Shift
• The candidate should have a laptop and a good internet connection.
