- Be the first point of contact for our customers when they visit our service centers.
- Put the customer at ease and offer timely attention.
- Examine the device, document and diagnose the issue and provide thecustomer with possible solutions.
- Liaise with the technicians to ensure prompt dispatch or repair so that thedevice can be handed over to the customer as per TAT.
- Be part of a continuous learning exercise to keep yourself updated on the latestproducts and their troubleshooting and diagnostic processes.
- Be adept in the use of the CRM and other online tools provided.
- Seamlessly maintain all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure superior customer satisfactionscores.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
