Accounts Payable

1. Approval basis make payment to brokers.

2. Take care TDS & GST compliance while doing payment to Brokers & Others

3. Keep records of broker payment in excel and reco same day on BROKER MODULE.(Upload Bank Statement)

4. Make payment entry in tally of pay-out exp& payment.

Banking

5. Make payment of all expenses with supporting and pay-out using CMS facility & IMPS facility.

6. Make payment of all taxation (IT, TDS, GST, PT, ESIC, PF, MLWF)

7. Daily check of all receivables amount in bank

8. Report all transaction (Received, Paid & Payables) to management on daily basis.

Book Keeping

9. Daily entry of all expenses pay-out & other expenses.

10. Maintain record of branch rent, reimbursement & check all supporting.

11. Maintain petty cash record on excel & their entry in TALLY.

12. Salary Sheet file checking & booking of the same in TALLY & BROKER MODULE.

Taxation/Compliances

13. Month on Month GST working & Return Filing ( GSTR-1, 2 & 3 B)

14. Month on Month TDS working & Return Filing (26Q & 24Q)

15. Month on Month PT working Payment & return filing.

16. Month on Month basis ESIC & PF ECR reconciliation& Payment.

17. Quarterly, Half Yearly & annually IRDA compliance.

18. 26AS Reconciliation quarterly basis.

Finalization

19. Scrutiny all ledgers

20. Give closing effect in books.

21. Depreciation calculation as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act.

22. TDS compliance check.

23. Support CA in audit

24. Revert to tax department for any kind of assessments or notice.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
