Job Description

As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Responsible for providing presales and postsales service to customers. Acts as liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, field sales, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries. Reviews warranty claims. Processes customer returns and exchanges. Expedites service and repairs. Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks. Uses judgement in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of industry experience or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of industry experience or PhD in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of industry experience. Minimum Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the following areas: C, C++, and Python Deep learning, AI, and data science knowledge. Public presentations; experience conducting one or all of these is highly preferred: webinars, podcasts, presentations, training, and writing technical blogs. Software evangelism or developer advocate. Write functional code (demos) as an individual contributor. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in one or more AI frameworks such as Tensorflow, Caffe, PyTorch, or Keras. Ph.D. and peer-reviewed publications in a relevant field is a huge plus. Experience in product prototyping (both software and hardware). Experience in working with the hardware-accelerated platforms, instruction sets, multi-thread/multi-processors, and high-performance parallel computing languages is a plus.
