Job Description

Intel is seeking highly qualified candidates to join our newly formed Network and Edge Group(NEX) for an exciting Operations Manager role. This role is part of NEX’s Ethernet Product Group, where you will be involved ensuring smooth operations of day to day activities and procedures. The role involves planning, overseeing, supervising, and coordinating of day-to-day activities to improve effectiveness, productivity, and performance of the development teams. It includes, but not limited to the following: – Planning, tracking, understanding and efficiency improvement of budget. – Tracking, understanding trends and goals, and modeling of resource headcounts. – Planning, tracking and coordination of equipment needs of the team, and participate in the coordination of equipment efficient and optimization efforts. – Identify and coordinate the nominations of various employee awards for the team. – Planning, organizing and coordination of various group events (onsite, offsite, virtual) and other related team-building activities and program celebrations. – Generate, consolidate, and roll-up of status reports of various team meetings and help coordinate and support any stakeholder’s communication. – Coordinate and provide support on various development trainings for the team, including travels. – Coordinate the shipment and logistics. – Management and coordination of team strategic initiatives, such as newsletters and team operation reviews – Support and coordination of team office facility, securing office space and facilities in coordination with Ops Manager and Senior Admins – Planning, support, and coordination of development lab by collecting requirements and roll out to wider lab manager and point of contacts. You will be interfacing and collaborating with various Ops manager, chief-of-staff, and admins within the organization and therefore excellent communication and inter-personal skills are required.
Qualifications

– BS/MS in Business Administration or related area of study. – At least 5-10y experience supporting large and complex organizations in fast-paced environment. – Ability to work positively with wide range of individuals including teams across various geographical sites and time-zones. – Good self-leadership skills and management skills – Good knowledge and experience in budget and resource allocation procedures – Have ability to find innovative ways to remove obstacles – Excellent communication and inter-personal skills – Good motivational skills and exceptional organizational skills – Awareness of internal and external customer needs Inside this Business Group
