Costing experiences is a must and must be conversant with BOM, overhead abosorption, etc.
Should be a person who must drive the business segments with his / her insights derived from the data.
Must have good people management skills.
Integral member of cost saving initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications.Job RequirementsJob Profile Key Skills MS Office (Advanced Excel)Proficiency in SQL would be an advantage
Hands on experience on Analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, R, Python.
Logical reasoning & Strategic thinking, Problem solving capabilities.
Ability to handle large data sets and proven ability to align business strategies.
