Interior Design Sales Executive – Kolkata – Annapurna Furniture and Modular Kitchen Full Time

Description

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using cold calling techniques.

2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

4. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude

5. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

7. Handling customers, Handling the showroom

8. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget. Offer personalized design solutions,  for a home, office, or commercial space. 

9. Sales & Product Knowledge: Sell furniture, and other design elements by demonstrating how they fit into the client’s vision. 

10. Stay informed about current design trends and new product offerings.

 Design Presentations: Prepare mood boards, layouts, and design concepts to present to clients, showcasing how various pieces and elements can come together
