Job Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Associate who can drive sales growth by building strong client relationships and effectively presenting our interior design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design and a proven track record.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management:

* Generate and qualify new leads through various channels

* Conduct client consultations

* Build and maintain relationships with clients

* Create detailed presentations

* Manage client communications throughout the sales cycle

Sales Process Management:

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Maintain accurate sales records and client databases

* Follow up on leads and proposals systematically

* Coordinate with design team for project requirements

* Negotiate and close deals

Technical Requirements:

* Handle product demonstrations and material presentations

* Understand technical specifications of materials and finishes

* Coordinate with the design team for custom requirements

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in any field

* 1-2 years of sales experience

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Strong negotiation and closing abilities

* Proficiency in MS Office
