About the Job 24-7 Intouch is looking for a Communications Specialist to execute our internal communications strategy for the organization. As a Communications Specialist, You Will…

• Be a writer, project manager, a creative thinker, storyteller, and content designer
• Excel at working collaboratively with executives and colleagues alike, and consistently delivers high-quality work even under time constraints
• Help employees across the organization stay up to date about the company’s vision, goals, projects and executive updates by developing and supporting strategic internal communications programs
• Possess strong technical abilities in maintaining communication platforms such as our Google Workspace-based intranet and Wordpress sites
• Commit to, maintain, and champion visual brand standards through all creative work
• Work with other internal departments where required
• Assist in preparing for meetings and schedule/attend meetings when appropriate
• Support all other marketing programs, projects and initiatives as needed
• Manage deadlines and project plans, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met

Requirements As a Communications Specialist, You Have…

• A University or College grad with a Communications or Marketing specialty or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exceptional writing skills and can captivate readers with your storytelling
• Experience using Wordpress and/or intranet platforms
• Excellent written, proofreading, and grammar skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• The ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment and switch gears quickly between projects and deadlines
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
