Requirements
Proven SEO experience
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
Experience with bid management tools
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Being comfortable justifying strategy with data. Strong command of excel is a must.
A serious love for data and openness to testing for continuous improvement.
Being strategic. You are comfortable creating and updating a growth plan, explaining why you created that plan, measuring the results with analytics. Being organized and needing minimal supervision is important in a small team.
You are comfortable being a product marketer and a brand marketer.
Your writing and language must be top notch.
A passion for being customer-centric and open to learning.
8+ years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, or retention-focused marketing roles at a top consumer-facing global company.
5+ years of experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
5+ years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
8+ years of experience web analytics, marketing, or business development
Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
Deep affinity to protecting brand and visual identity in running experiments.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
A proven track record of managing paid acquisition campaigns at successful app products.
Highly organized and extremely analytical (Excel whizzes preferred), can manage a calendar.
Familiarity with CRM such as WordPress.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.

Degree in relevant quantitative fields.
Additional Pluses
