Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide global production support for the restore specialist in distributed infrastructure while on shift 2 Address incidents and user requests within a timely manner 3 Resolve problem tickets allocated to team on central management tools eg SNOW 4 Implement requests for service as generated in manual and automated ticketing systems eg Remedy, SNOW, etc 5 Regular verbal and written communication with business partners and other support teams to clarify details of incidents

Technical Experience : 1 Backup and Restore using Commvault/ Netbackup/Backup Exec 2 Hands on Experience of Backup Restore jobs and troubleshooting failures 3 Understanding of Tape Backup and disk backup, Tape libraries, inventory 4 NetApp snapshot restore – Basics of NAS storage Filer, Volume, qtree NFS, NTFS, CIFS , Azure Blob, AWS S3 5 Snapshot restores of NFSUnix and CIFS Wintel qtree data 6 emergency space addition to NAS qtree/volume

Educational Qualification : 15 Years of regular education with bachelors in related field
