We are now growing the team, with a Strategic Product Manager who will drive the product evolution throughout its lifecycle. We have come far in expanding our Customer base, lately we have announced several new contracts strengthening our ambition to become the global #1 technology vendor for Mobile Financial Services. The role can be based either in Karlskrona or Stockholm in Sweden or Gurgaon in India, and will report to the Head of Mobile Financial Services.

What you will do

• Drive the execution of product & service lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirement development, CI (Continuous Improvement)/CD (Continuous Deployment), and product launch.
• Be a part of the team who defines the commercial models, pricing strategy, business case development and follow up on product commercials.
• Cooperate closely with our sales and business development organization to review opportunities, drive product requirements, and devise product strategy.
• Create technical product documentation, including use cases, technical requirements, projections, and external white papers.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, sales, our regional teams, quality assurance, software supply, sourcing and support to secure timely release of products & services with the balance of resources.
• Work with our architects to define the solution and convert market requirements into actionable engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with our deployment, service delivery, security and operations teams to optimize end-to-end service delivery time and cost.
• Contribute to IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and patents.

You will bring

• A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
• Experience in direct interaction with C-levels on the customer side, former leadership responsibility, preferably in diverse cultural and geographic settings
• Proven track record of managing multiple successful products and/or services to the market, with scale
• Broadly diversified experience in Mobile Financial Services, Wallet Platform or FinTech domain or similar from technical, customer and market knowledge dimensions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks and business relations
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and successfully meet their expectations
• Outstanding analytical and financial skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to create strategy and execution to industrialize 3rd party solutions with Wallet Platform product as customer solutions evolve
• Flexibility to travel and meet customers regularly
