Position : Accounts Executive

Qualification: B. Com (Hons) or B.com (Pass)

Experience:
2-3 years

Technical Requirements:

a. Should be confident and possess good communication skills in Hindi as well as English language, should be able to write messages and explain matters to the clients.

b. Preferably have experience of working in a Multinational Company or offices of foreign company such as Project offices, Liaison or Branch offices.

c. Computer skills – Should be familiar with Excel, Word, emails, Tally and Generate reports and statements for the client from Tally data. In addition to Tally, it will be good if the person has worked on any other ERP such as SAP.

d. Assistance in preparation of MIS and assistance to Sr. Accountant / Client Account Manager in the firm by providing important details.

e. Preparation of final accounts on Annual basis for the purpose of Management review and Statutory Audits – produce error-free accounting reports.

f. It is important that the person should have experience in handling GST matters especially GST Returns preparation and compilation, GST reconciliations, Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).

g. Income Tax TDS matters, deduction of tax on a monthly basis, deposit of tax, preparation compilation and filing of TDS returns, TDS reconciliations with books of accounts, issue of certificates. Should be familiar with TDS return filing software, Income Tax Portal.

Place of work:
Delhi office, should be able to commute to Clients offices as and when required.
Salary Range:
Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 25,000 + Bonus + Conveyance as per company policy.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
