Location – Mumbai (CST)Position is with a Marine CompanyReports to – CEOExperience – 10 + years in the HR & Admin Domain handling end to end employee life cycle managementQualification – Diploma/Degree in HRPlease note that this is an individual role with Admin executive reporting to the candidate1) Recruitment – Creating Job Descriptions, Sourcing of Profiles, conducting first round HR interview to asses fitment, Scheduling interviews and Offer Negotiations2) Preparing Offer, Appointment and Confirmation Letters3) Induction for Office staff4) Monitoring Attendance records5) Collating Monthly Payroll report to be sent to Accounts, after receiving inputs from Dept heads6) Maintaining HR Records – Employee Details7) Liaising with vendors and negotiate for signing up AMCs8) Any other Miscellaneous HR and Admin activitiesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 10 years (Preferred)Language:Excellent Communication Skills (Preferred)
