Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Monitor security solutions to ensure 24X7 availability of the security services.
Implement the security controls or configurations as per the requests received.
Troubleshoot as needed for any issues being reported with internal stakeholders and vendor.
Create and test new policies /configurations before enforcing in production.
Create and test the exceptions needed in the policies/configurations before enforcing in production.
Monitor the exceptions or new policies post implementation for any issues being reported by users.
Ensure adequate metrics and documentation of security solutions.
Provide appropriate maintenance to responsible security devices (patches, upgrades, enhancements)
Provide regular health reports Security solutions and their ongoing issues/incidents.
Investigate, document, and report on incidents reported for security solutions.
Other duties as assigned.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
4+ years’ experience in technical Security with exposure on various infrastructure, cloud security and application verticals
Experience of deploying Security Technologies inclusive of SIEM, Cloud, Endpoint Security, AppSec, IAM platforms
Hands on experience in performing Configurations of cloud security platforms, network and endpoint security technologies.
Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes, and technical security solutions (CASB, SOAR, Firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, Network Security, Cloud Security, Appsec, VAPT and others)
Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols, network analysis, and network/security applications.
Knowledge of common Internet protocols, applications, and security threats

Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate at all technical levels.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and converse in English, verbally and in writing.
Be able to work adhere to Invesco technical and operational procedures and policies.
The necessary interpersonal skills to effectively interact and communicate throughout the IT organisation with individuals of varying technical abilities.
Self motivated, enthusiastic, approachable and people oriented.
Formal Education: ( minimum requirement to perform job duties )
MTech/MCA/BTech or equivalent experience.

Shift Timings: (subject to change per requirements)
24×7 support role working in rotational shifts.
Morning Shift(05:30 am -14:30pm), Second Shift(13:30 pm – 22:30 pm),Night Shift(21:30pm-06:30am)
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures.
The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 30 pounds is also necessary.
Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone.
