This is a place where you can be proud to work and do something that matters.Job overview:Supervise all the HR activities like recruitment, induction, attendance, leaves, salary, exit, letters, appraisal documents preparation, disciplinary actions, issue of performance cards etc. with involvement in performance appraisal meetings, training, and salary breakup preparations. Requires building a culture that values quality, trust, integrity, personal accountability, conservation of resources, and respect for others.Roles and responsibilities:Responsible for end-to-end planning and implementation of recruitment, induction, onboarding and appraisal processes of employees.Audit attendance records, and leave records.Prepare the salary register, salary breakups, and audit salary sheets.Prepare KRA and audit KPI marking based on the KRA.Register new employees in ESIC and resolve PF and ESI queries of all employees.Audit the annual appraisal meeting documents and conduct the appraisal meetingsAudit Google Calendar and Live DPR of HR Department.Check the quarterly incentive sheets of all employees.Audit exit documents.Audit Google drive and Smartsheets to be maintained by HRE.Work with department heads to identify training needs and work on implementing learning and development programsBoost employee morale by organizing employee engagement eventsSkills we are looking for:Good written and communication skills in English language.Candidate should proficient in Adobe PDF & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Should have good knowledge of HR Rules and laws.Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.Candidate should be proactive, able to act independently, and have a high degree of ownership.Ability to effectively handle employees at various levels.Qualification required for this role:Minimum qualification should be graduate.4-5 years of working experience shall be preferable.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹29,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Administrative/HR (Preferred)2-4 years of (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8130322922Expected Start Date: 01/04/2023
