IQVIA Hiring for Financial Analyst 2 at Remote, India Full Time

• Generate and publish standardized, insightful and Analytical – reports as required by Onshore Finance /Operational teams /Managers from Corporate /BUs with detail of Revenue /expense and trends compared with budgets and forecasts etc.,
• Collect and maintain relevant supporting information /data to analyze the financial metrics at transaction level for various functional groups as required
• Support BU /Onshore Finance and Operational teams on their annual budgets and rolling forecasts reporting for assigned functions /areas taking into consideration with financial information and trends
• Work closely with Local team and Onshore Managers /stakeholders to build a strong financial cadence. To improvise constantly and add reports to the Standard reporting packages as required.
• Maintain strong working relationship with BUs /stakeholders /Onshore managers and develop understanding of their business /requirements to additionally support on ad-hoc Financial /operational analysis
• Create and maintain the detailed documentation of each deliverables /reports with ongoing updates and changes of Functional /Product /Profit center and Cost center hierarchies

Minimum education, Experience & specialized knowledge required:

• Bachelor /Master of Commerce + MBA Finance or equivalent with 4-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A areas
• Experience of working on an international ERP systems, preferably SAP and PeopleSoft and working knowledge of business intelligence and consolidation tools, preferably Hyperion including Smart Essbase /Workforce tools are essential
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel. Also PowerPoint presentations is an added advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Must possess strong communication skills (English) and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and general computer skills.
• Exposure to VBA /Macro is an added advantage
• Should have good analytical skills
• Must have an eye for detail and keen to learn /explore
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint presentation skills
• To demonstrate the highest level of personal integrity
