IQVIA Hiring for Med Project Coord at New Delhi, Delhi Full Time

Essential Functions

• Provide administrative assistance across project acivities for internal and external customers including setting up and maintaining project documentation files and records and maintaining internal databases, tracking systems and project plans.
• Arrange and attend internal and external account / project team and client teleconferences, developing minutes / contact reports and action plans as necessary
• Assist in the tracking and delivery of project elements: Take responsibility for establishing project timelines based on direction from supervisor, tracking timelines; arrange travel logistics as necessary; track and manage supplier delivery as required
• Assist with tracking of project budgets and finances by generating financial reports for supervisor review
• Assist in coordination of new business proposals and presentations
• Become familiar with IQVIA project management SOPs
• Actively seek out opportunities to expand knowledge and understanding of project management tools and techniques, attending internal and external training as appropriate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Req
• 4 years relevant experience Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req
